     Bought scanner used and need to register, I tried but it says already done. Can the old owner delete it somehow? Thanks Michael

    Hey yes contact customer support through the chat on the autel site. They have to do it
    on their end, they will ask for the serial number and other info. Warranty and
    downloaded content will transfer over good luck.

     I was wondering the same thing customer service told me that I have to pay $ 800 to register
